During ice making, the ice plate is temporarily closed, andwater is spraved from the bottom to the ice-making cham-ber at -25° C to form ice blocks,removing almost 100% of impurities to ensure the ice is pure and transparent.
After ice production is completed, high-temperature alr isused to raise the temperature of the ice plate for de-icingallowing the ice to fall into the storage bin by their ownwelght.
