On 8th August 2013, Mr. Chen Zhi Ying, deputy mayor of Guangzhou government and other leaders from different departments visited NTI and NTS and listened to working reports.
Mr. Chen showed sufficient confirmation and pointed that NTI was promising because it seize the opportunity of transformation and upgrading. Meanwhile, Mr. Chen encouraged NTS to have full confidence, catch the opportunity and strengthen research so as to achieve the goal.
